Rowing makes olympic hostory with the inclusion oh beach sprints at the los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games.
The International Olympic Committee announced today that Beach Sprint will be included in the program of the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games, along with classic rowing. For the first time, therefore, rowing will be present at the Games with two different disciplines. The final decision on events, quotas and competition formats will be made by the IOC Executive Council after the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. World Rowing will feature three medal events: men’s singles, women’s singles and mixed doubles.
