The President of the Organizing Committee – Roberto pio Rizzi moderated the conference, attended by the Mayor of the City of Barletta – Cosimo Damiano Cannito, the President of Lega Navale di Barletta – Giuseppe Gammarota, the Councilor for Sport of the City of Barletta – Marcello Fabio Massimo Degennaro, and the Regional Delegate of the Italian Naval League for Northern Puglia – Marcello Zaetta.
